We reply within one business day
A senior strategist reviews your tracking, ad accounts, search visibility and top landing pages. Within five business days you get a recorded walkthrough and a short written summary of the three fixes most likely to pay off first. It is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
Most engagements kick off within two weeks of signing. The first 30 days cover access, tracking, research and the 90-day plan, and paid campaigns usually go live in weeks three to five.
Access to your website, analytics and ad accounts, 60 minutes for a kickoff, and one decision maker for a 45-minute monthly review. For content we also interview a subject expert for 30 minutes per piece.
Yes. About half of our clients are outside the state. Meetings run on video, and reporting is the same wherever you are.
(02) Pricing and contracts
Retainers have a flat monthly fee based on scope, not a percentage of ad spend, so we are never paid more for spending more of your money. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms. Projects such as websites and tracking builds are quoted as fixed prices.
The initial term is 90 days, since that is how long it takes to audit, launch and read real results. After that, retainers are month to month with 30 days notice.
You do. Ad accounts, analytics properties, tag containers, landing pages and creative are set up in your name or transferred to you. If we part ways, you keep everything.
For paid search or paid social we recommend at least $2,000 a month in ad spend per channel. Below that, there is rarely enough data to make decisions, and we will tell you if a different channel is a better first step.
(03) Reporting and results
You get a live dashboard with leads, cost per lead, revenue and return by channel, plus a monthly written summary and a 45-minute call. We agree on the two or three numbers that matter in week one and report against those.
Paid campaigns produce leads within the first few weeks and settle after about 60 days of optimization. SEO and content show early signs in two to three months and compound from month four. We set expectations per channel in the 90-day plan.
No. Anyone who guarantees rankings or a specific return is guessing or not being straight with you. We commit to the work, the reporting and telling you early when something is not working.
You will hear it from us first, with what we think caused it and what we are changing. Reports include the tests that lost as well as the ones that won.
(04) Working together
A client partner who runs your account, plus the channel leads doing the work. You will know each person by name, and the people in the pitch are the people on the account.
Yes. We often run one or two channels beside an in-house marketer or a brand agency. We share one tracking plan and one dashboard so nobody double counts.
We take one client per industry per metro area for local businesses, and we disclose any category overlap for national clients before you sign.
Usually none at the start. We work in the analytics, ad and email platforms you already have, and recommend changes only when a tool is blocking results.
